The facility was very poorly maintained. With 20 sites, there were only two garbage cans (not bins) and it was not dumped daily. There were bags of garbage piled up and the site is very remote, so it was broken into by the wildlife at night.

Water is low and it is let out daily. The walk to the water is rocky ( many small rocks) . I wish they wouldn’t let so much water out of the dam.

Amazing views! Quiet campground. Clean facilities. There was a couple rattlesnake sightings, but thats the name of the game camping in summer months. Be aware. We put all food and ice chests in the bear box just in case, but did not have an issue. Can I just say one more time the views! Lake access basically out of your tent door!!! Will be going again!

The only problem was that the bear locker could not be locked, as the key was broken.
