Directions
The campground is 320 miles north of Los Angeles and 180 miles south of Reno, Nevada. Follow U.S. Highway 395 to the junction of State Highway 203. Turn west on 203 and drive 7 miles through the town of Mammoth Lakes. Highway 203 becomes Main Street, and then becomes Lake Mary Road, which leads to the Lakes Basin. Continue on Lake Mary Road to the Twin Lakes cutoff.

The camp host went out of his way to welcome us ( and i saw him do the same to other campers) . He was informative and appeared genuinely interested in camper having a good experience. The access to multiple levels of bike trails was fantastic. The camp store had the basics and the showers, although expensive, were very much appreciated after a day or two.

beautiful! Camp host had fire wood for sale and easy to put cash in a box and go.....I loved that. Sometimes I just don't want to talk to anyone. This system was perfect! Spot was clean and beautiful. Bathrooms we're kept surprisingly clean for how busy they we're.

We love this campground and the proximity to all the lakes and the free trolley and the bike trail. We stayed in Site 70, which is removed from the other campsites, so it felt more private and less crowded. It was magical. The camp host was very friendly and the bathrooms were insanely clean. One of our favorite campgrounds, we will for sure be back!
