great location and clean bathrooms. our site was a little tight for a trailer and truck but huge area for tents and hanging out. But we made it work! clean facilities and bathrooms are well worth the trip! RV

On August 3, I arrived with my family at Meadow Campground on Ice House before noon and saw that site #23 was available. Since I was not familiar with the rules, I did not leave anything at the site and drove to the kiosk to purchase the reservation. When I returned about 10 minutes later, the site had already been taken by someone else.
Unfortunately, the campground host was off that Monday, so I went to a nearby campground, booked site #42, and we ended up having a great time there.
Following the host's recommendation, I later emailed customer service to explain the situation and requested a refund for the site #23 reservation that I was unable to use. I paid $42 for this reservation, but I still have not received a response or a refund.
I would really appreciate a response and a refund for the reservation I was unable to use.
Sincerely,
Maria
