Reviews
Zion National Park's Watchman Campground continues to impress with its clean, well-maintained facilities and spectacular views. The location remains highly convenient, offering proximity to shuttle stops, nearby amenities like grocery stores and hiking shops, and access to popular trails. While some sites are spacious, a few spots, particularly in the B018 section, are notably small and cramped. The park's heat during summer months remains a key consideration for campers. On-site showers remain unavailable, though pay showers outside the gate are within walking distance, and lack of shade due to few trees is a recurring concern. The campground is quiet overall, though night winds can be strong, and noise from campers and shuttle buses is still noted.
Busiest in August, when about 67% of guest capacity is reserved. Based on 10 years of reservations.
