Amazing camping experience!
The waterfall was a short hike away, the water was super cold and refreshing. There’s a lake that we swam at which is located right across the road from the campsite. It’s refreshing, especially in the August summer heat.
The campsite itself was super clean, had a fire pit and grill. We were the only ones there, so super quiet.
We were able to see the Milky Way and Perseids meteor shower!
Only thing was that we wished we could have stayed longer, but no water at campsite.

It’s nice that the campground is smaller. Not as many people. There’s no water so make sure to bring enough for one’s needs.

lovely small campground. first night no one else was there we had the whole place to ourselves. second night there were 2 other campsites with people. nice and quiet. lot of traffic from people coming to the waterfall hike and not knowing where to park. no shade but we brought a pop up tent. its a nice secluded spot surrounded by mountains

Great campsite to hike to the waterfall and a nice stream running near sites 6-9 however, we booked campsite 002 and we weren't able to get our trailer up to the spot because there's a decently steep ditch that we couldn't get over without running our hitch into the ground. If you have a trailer, don't book site 002.

Great quiet campground, stayed 3 nights over spring break. Were in site 002 which was tucked into corner but needed 20' walk to get stuff to campsite. Waterfall only 0.5 mile hike was beautiful!

Beautiful location easily accessible from main highway, but not close to traffic. The waterfall nearby is an easy but worthwhile attraction. No running water, but there are streams and nearby lakes if you are willing to use a filter.
