The campsites are not very big. Be prepared to be close to other campers. Very quiet and very clean campground. Shower could have been better/ warmer water and better showerhead.

There wasn't any toilet paper in the outhouse.

The camp host, Paul I believe, was super professional, helpful with explaining things around the area and kind. He kept the grounds clean, did rounds to ensure safety and kept the restroom/showers super clean.
I stayed at site 1, which was by the water. I found ample afternoon shade from the tree cover along the river. The mosquitos were not as bad as expected being close to the water. Though the train did come by, it was not as constant as stated in some reviews. One nite it was about every 2-3 hours while another night, it only went by a few times.

Great campground, except for very loud trains that were about 100 feet from the campsite. Too loud all day and all night. Unless you want to hear loud trains and the very loud horns, stay away. I gave 5 stars though because the site itself was awesome and the hosts were fantastic. I would definitely come back if there’s ever a train employees strike!
