Directions
Guadalupe Mountains National Park is located on the north side of US Hwy 62/180.
If you are traveling east from El Paso, TX, we are 110 miles East of the city. Follow US Hwy 62/180 North to the Pine Springs Visitor Center.
If you are traveling from Van Horn, TX, you will travel north on US 54 and make a right-hand turn at the junction of US 62/180 to arrive at the park.
If you are traveling west from Carlsbad, NM, you will travel on US Hwy 62/180 South and cross into Texas. Follow signs to the park.

beautiful and well kept. tent sites are spaced out and tucked into the natural landscape, so have good privacy. While the dishwashing sinks were out of order, everything else was working, and it's great to have a site in this area with running water.

Great facilities and even more beautiful than I expected! Guadalupe Peak was a tough, beautiful hike. I'm very glad I was able to do it.

The campsite is primitive to say the least., but There is a bathroom with running water for personal hygiene. The real plus is you are in the middle of nowhere, excellent trails for hiking, and out standing 4 wheel park roads for amazing vistas. A little off the beaten trail, but worth the effort. Good luck and stay safe.
