The District manages both Service-owned waterfowl production areas as well as
wetland and grassland easements on private lands located in Benson, Cavalier,
Grand Forks, Pembina, Ramsey, Towner, and Walsh counties. The District
primarily provides waterfowl (ducks, geese, and swans) with wetland and
grassland areas they need in the spring and summer for nesting and feeding.

Devils Lake Wetland Management District

Available species include pike, perch, walleye, white bass, muskie, and
crappie. Public use area open 7 days a week. Overnight camping, water, and
electric hookups. The reservoir has approximately 44,600 water surface acres,
1,144 land acres and 211 miles of shoreline.
