I hesitate to give this place the review it deserves because I selfishly don't want it to become too busy that I can't get in. This is a gem. A BLM campground with full hookups for $18 dollars a night with river access and a nice beach area to access it. The host is very friendly and helpful. If you have time I recommend visiting Dworshak Dam and doing a tour if available. Very interesting.

The camp host was a very nice couple even though I miss counted days and I thought my 14th day was my 13th the gentleman must have known by the hours I was in and out I work at night and he didn’t disturb me he simply left a little note on my pickup and informed me it was my moving day so I did just as he ask because I appreciate that he didn’t disturb the little sleep I do get. Every camp site was clean and the camper’s were friendly and the bathrooms were very clean and fresh smelling an exceptional job in the restrooms.

We have drove by this site many times. It always looks so nice and by the river too. We thought for us camping in the fall would be best for us, the temps would be much cooler. It was perfect getaway for our last trip out for the year. The hosts were friendly and were seen about. Fall weekend with all the colors was just what we needed. Plus it was luxurious having water, electric and sewer.
