We, once again, had a wonderful stay at Service. This campground never disappoints. The hosts are always friendly, professional and work hard to keep the campground looking very nice.

Foscue Creek hosts continue to be some of the best, most organized and courteous volunteers. The COE is easily accessed in Demopolis with shopping and restaurants just minutes away. Sites 50, 51 & 52 are set on the edge of the rocky high riverbank, while 49, 53, & 54 do have a good view of river traffic. Sites are level concrete pad, asphalt drive, fine gravel patio & include a table, fire ring & separate grill. Most are FHU. You can track the barges with marinetraffic.com, or take a tour of the lock/dam, watch a barge in the lock, there are great easy walking trails, a couple of playgrounds, and biking is pretty level in most of the campground. Shower houses are always clean, campsites are always clean & patio gravel is raked, (thanks hosts!). Tips * great little sushi place corner of Maria Ave & Hwy 80 * line your grill with a couple of layers of aluminum foil then add charcoal for easy cleanup after grilling * lower or turn off outside lights for better river traffic viewing after dark for yourself & your neighbors. (I saw a river otter running under my neighbor's coach even with his bright campsite lights on all night)

Beautiful park! Had a lot of dogs that barked & without leashes until the host drove through though!! The sites were really nice & the host kept the sites really clean!! Bathrooms was clean!

Nice campground. Will return.
