The campground area offers 35 campsites, 25 single and 10 double sites, that
can accommodate trailers up to 30 feet in length. The campsites are laid out
in two main loops with sites #1-21 in one and sites #22-35 in the other. There
are approximately 20 extra-vehicle parking spaces on the east side of the
campground for overflow parking. *Extra vehicle fee. The group camp offers a
group site composed of 6 individual campsites and a picnic shelter for groups
of up to 70 people. The site can accommodate trailers up to 30 feet in length.
All sites are equipped with picnic tables and fire rings. The day use area
includes a boat launch, 2 courtesy docks, a separate fishing pier, and 2
lakeside viewing platforms. There are approximately 35 parking spaces for use
at the boat ramp area, which have also been used as overflow parking (eg extra
vehicle w/boat trailer) for the campground. * Day use parking fee for non
campers.

Southshore Campground provides 30 campsites, 25 single and 5 double sites, in

<p>Southshore Campground provides 30 campsites, 25 single and 5 double sites, in two main loops.  There are both reservable and FCFS campsites. The sites can accommodate trailers up to 30 feet in length. Campsites 4 -11 are walk in, tent only sites. No RV's or trailers allowed for these sites. All sites are equipped with picnic tables and fire rings.  The Boat Launch area includes the launch and two courtesy docks. *Day Use Fee for non-campers/day users.  Drinking water is available to both sites via individual faucet risers located throughout the campground.  There are two double-vault toilets, and two single-vault toilets located in accessible locations throughout the sites.  Trash receptacles are located in the campground.  There are approximately 43 parking spaces for use at the boat ramp area, which have also been used as overflow parking (ex. extra vehicle w/boat trailer) or the campground. *Extra Vehicle Fee for campers.</p>

The Gold Butte Lookout sits on the summit of Gold Butte at an elevation of
4,618 feet in the Willamette National Forest. It was built in 1934 by the
Civilian Conservation Corps. During World War II, the lookout served as part
of Aircraft Warning System station in defense of the nation against air
attack. It was staffed around the clock, usually by a husband and wife team,
who reported all passing aircraft within sight or sound to a central filter
center. The lookout stands on 3-foot stilts and is surrounded by glass windows
and an exterior catwalk, offering a panoramic view of the Cascades. It is
furnished with refurbished or replica furniture. The lookout is typically open
from early July through mid-October. It is accessible by car, but guests
should be prepared to walk the last half mile on difficult and steep terrain
to reach the lookout. A high clearance vehicle is recommended for the drive.
Guests will need to pack in most of their own supplies and gear.

Big Meadows Horse Camp is located 23 miles south from Idanha, Oregon, at an
elevation of 3,600 feet of of Big Meadows Road (Forest Service Road 2267). Big
Meadows Road is paved, but most access roads and travel surfaces throughout
campground and in the adjacent forest are compacted rock.

There are 9 camping units that can accommodate vehicles and trailers up to 36
feet in length. Each site has a picnic table. There are two single-vault
toilets and stock amenities including 4-stall corrals or highlines in each
campsite, hitching rack, loading ramp, and stock water trough. Drinking water
is available via hand pump.

This location has 6 reservable sites and 3 sites which are on a first-come,
first-served basis only.

Campfires allowed until and unless otherwise posted. Fire bans are common
during summer months. Please plan accordingly.

First-come first-served sites shall be paid with Scan and Pay; Scan and Pay
campground. There are no refunds, modifications, cancellations, or other fee
changes allowed with Scan and Pay payments. This system is the same as putting

Shady Cove

## Overview

**Lost Lake Campground is adjacent to Highway 20 near the summit of Santiam
Pass in the Willamette National Forest.** This campground is **not** Lost Lake
Resort in the Mt. Hood National Forest. This rustic campground is located on
the west shore of shallow Lost Lake. The water level of the lake fluctuates
seasonally and is quite low in summer with water loving willows crowding the
marshy shallows of the lake. This is a popular spot during fishing and hunting
seasons.

This campground has 15 single campsites. Trailers are not recommended at this
location. There are picnic tables, fire rings, and three single vault toilets.
No drinking water is available.

during summer months. Please plan accordingly.
