Great location but be prepared for heat. This site had good access to the lake. Bring something to float on to keep cool in summer. Also, frozen water bottles in wash cloth to cool down your neck at night.

Stayed at campsite 26 and loved the entire trip. My kids want to come back every year now.

The sites are too close together, a train comes through several times during the night, poison oak is everywhere, and there is absolutely no lake access from the campsite.

I stayed at site 15 which was very nice. Access to the water was down a very rocky embankment. There was some poison oak at the site. The campground is very nice overall

Campground is narrow and sites are open and not private. Grounds and main bathroom are well maintained. The private campground across the street failed to enforce noise restrictions at night so loud party was heard until 2 am.
