From Highway 64 in Morrilton, take AR 21 South. Then take Quincy drive to Cherokee Park.

Grass was high and bathrooms old and not clean.

Grass was being cut, but it was tall enough that it should have been cut sooner. Bathroom was full of bugs, wasp nest, ants and not very clean. We used bathrooms on the other side of the campground. Hosts were nice and friendly.

1. The grass was so high. Called and was told it was just mowed the week before. That is hard to believe since it’s was to my knees and almost to my 3 year old’s chest.
2. Non-campers parking at restroom (across from our site) and walking through our campsite (walked between our camper and picnic table) to go down to the river to fish. I noticed 7 different times. One couple came 2 different days.
3. The playground is in rough shape. Needs TLC.
4. The campground has a lot of potential. Would love for COE to make some changes here and clean up the issues. It’s right on the river and level.
